About the interaction between students of different
schools and between teachers
It was
proposed that each student could have an e-twinning
personal account.
The teachers
will create the accounts. Through them, students could communicate
personally all together.
This
account is considered as a place where student can talk in English to
develop and improve their communication skills and
share their ideas about the project.
About the blog
The blog is
dedicated to put photos and write comments about how it is going in
each school.
Each school
has got his own place in the common blog.
Only
authorized persons can write on the common blog (administrator
authorization). It’s not for students.
Frank
Dethloff is the teacher who manages the passwords. Whether a teacher
wants to have an access, he just has to ask Frank, and then he will
receive a link and a password.
Frank
reminded that we must be careful about the copyright for photos,
videos, text. It’s better to use “homemade” documents and
files.
We will
change the color, to have an easy reading of the pages.

Display the video
The question
about where we will put the videos is raised.
Different
solutions are possible:
- U-tube account?
- e-twinning space?
- Website?
About the logo
We saw the
propositions of each country.
The Greek
logo was chosen. Some changes will be done on this production
(inclusion of flags).
The logo is
The Greek
logo will be the one for the YVM, but each school can have her own
logo, that can be displayed on the personal part of the blog, on the
back of the T-shirt …..
About the video-contest
We’ve
decided that 3 to 5
min video will be
allowed.
In each
country, there will be a contest. Students of each school will choose
the two films
that will represent their school.
For the
pan-European contest, we will choose a jury of 4 members for each
school, which
aren't involved into the project.
To keep the
objectivity of the jury, each jury will not be allowed to vote for
the videos made in their school.
Each member will have a
table of criteria to mark the films.
Criteria:
- Background sound
- Quality of picture
- Clear message/Understandability
- Originality
- Technical visual effects
They will use
3 different marks:
- Mark 3: I like a lot
- Mark 2: I like a bit
- Mark 1: I don’t like
Each member
of the jury will have a document like the one presented on next page.
They will
have to tick the appropriate box, regarding their feelings.

FILM
RANKING:
|

Finally,
we’ll have to calculate the sum for each film.
Example:
Film n°5
(from France):
Total
amount = points
from Cz Rep. +
points from Germany +
points from Greece + points
from Italy
film
ranking from jury 1
+
film ranking from jury 2
+
film ranking from jury 3
+
film ranking from jury 4
─────────────────────────────
= Points from Czech Republic
At the end,
we will have a total amount of point for each film and we will make a
ranking between all the videos.
A T-shirt for the YVM project
We’ve
decided to make a T-shirt to make the promotion of this project and
to make one more link between the students.
In the front
part of the T-shirt there will be the common logo (from Greece) and
in the back will be displayed the logo of each school.
We should
also think about including the Long Life Learning Program logo, or
the Comenius logo in the front of the T-shirt.
In each
school we will first search and collect information about the price
for this T-shirt, and in a second step we will decide if each country
makes his own command or if there will be only one country that will
order them for all of us.
It would be
perfect if the T-shirts were ready for the students meeting in
Greece.
